Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management: Ensure smooth daily running, oversee shift coordination, manage reservations, and maintain hygiene/safety standards.Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, motivate, and discipline employees; resolve conflicts and foster a positive work culture.Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, analyze sales, control costs (food/labor), order supplies, and report on revenue/expenses.Customer Experience: Handle complaints, build customer loyalty, solicit feedback, and ensure excellent service delivery.Menu & Inventory: Collaborate on menu planning, control stock levels, minimize waste, and ensure quality preparation.Marketing & Sales: Develop and implement promotional activities, manage social media, and attract new patrons.
