Role Objectives



Oversee the

daily operations

of the restaurant to ensure smooth functioning. Deliver excellent

customer service

and maintain high standards of quality. Lead and manage the

restaurant staff

, ensuring efficiency and teamwork. Drive business growth by optimizing

operations, sales, and customer satisfaction

Core Deliverables



Manage

front-of-house and back-of-house operations

. Supervise, train, and schedule staff for smooth shifts. Monitor

inventory, stock, and vendor management

. Ensure compliance with

health, safety, and hygiene standards

. Handle

customer feedback & escalations

professionally. Track

daily sales, costs, and performance reports

. Implement

promotions or offers

to increase revenue.

Skills Required



Mandatory:



Strong

leadership and team management

skills Excellent

communication & interpersonal abilities

Knowledge of

restaurant operations (FOH & BOH)

Problem-solving and customer service mindset

Preferred (Add-on):



MS Office (Excel/Word) for reporting Experience with POS systems & restaurant management software

Experience



Hands-on:

Minimum 2-4 years in hospitality / restaurant operations

Total Industry:

3-6 years in customer service, F&B, or hospitality management Prior experience as

Assistant Manager / Floor Manager / Restaurant Manager

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
