Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations (opening to closing).
Ensure smooth service flow: seating, order-taking, food delivery & billing.
Maintain outlet cleanliness, ambience, lighting, music & table setup.
Handle customer queries, complaints and feedback professionally.
Monitor food quality, portioning, and presentation as per standards.
B. Staff Management
Schedule duty rosters for service & support staff.
Conduct staff briefing, grooming checks and training.
Monitor staff performance and discipline.
Ensure compliance with HR, admin and time-office policies.
C. Customer Service
Ensure warm greeting, attentive service and guest satisfaction.
Build guest relations and maintain high repeat business.
Handle VIP guests, group bookings, events & special requests.
D. Sales & Revenue
Achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales targets.
Focus on upselling, promotions, combo offers & special menus.
Monitor KOT/BOT accuracy to prevent billing errors.
E. Inventory & Cost Control
Check daily stock levels of food, beverages & consumables.
Ensure proper storage, FIFO and wastage control.
Raise purchase requisitions and monitor vendor deliveries.
Control pilferage, breakage and over-portioning.
F. Hygiene & Compliance
Ensure FSSAI, fire safety and hygiene standards.
Conduct daily cleaning checklists and temperature logs.
Ensure staff follows grooming, uniform & hygiene rules.
G. Administration
Maintain daily sales reports (DSR), petty cash & expenses.
Coordinate with kitchen, accounts, HR, marketing & top management.
Assist in menu planning, pricing & marketing activities.
