Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Restaurant Manager

to oversee the operations of our high-end restaurant in Muscat, Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining service excellence, and leading a motivated team to achieve operational and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Lead, train, and supervise service staff to maintain high hospitality standards.

Manage reservations, seating, and customer service for seamless guest experiences.

Monitor restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health & safety regulations.

Handle budgeting, cost control, and P&L responsibilities to maximize profitability.

Implement strategies for guest retention and building a loyal customer base.

Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design seasonal menus and promotions.

Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.

Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.

Requirements

Mandatory

: Previous experience working as a

Restaurant Manager in a Star Hotel / Fine Dining Restaurant

.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Proven ability to manage teams and deliver exceptional guest service.

Expertise in operations, budgeting, and staff management.

Should be

willing to relocate to Muscat within 1 week

.

Candidates with previous experience of working in Middle East countries shall be an added advantage.
