We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Mumbai, India. As the Restaurant Manager for Fi'lia restaurant at Roswyn, A Morgans Originals hotel, you will be responsible for overseeing all breakfast operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences
Oversee daily breakfast restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
Implement and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
Manage financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe working environment
Resolve customer complaints and address any operational issues promptly and efficiently
Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menus, considering local tastes and trends
Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
Conduct regular staff training sessions to improve skills and maintain service standards
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a luxury /lifestyle busy breakfast dining setting up
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
Passion for food, beverage, and creating memorable guest experiences
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and analyze financial reports
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays
Cultural sensitivity and knowledge of local cuisine and dining customs
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail
