We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent guest experience, manage staff performance, and maintain operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in the hospitality or food & beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow.
Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff to maintain service standards.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing guest concerns promptly.
Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
Implement and enforce SOPs, company policies, and safety guidelines.
Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and shift planning.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for seamless operations.
Manage inventory, vendor coordination, and stock control.
Monitor sales, control costs, and achieve revenue targets.
Prepare daily reports on sales, operations, and staff performance.
Ensure compliance with local food safety and labour regulations.

Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
Basic understanding of inventory, billing, and POS systems.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager in the hospitality or F&B industry
Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred)
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
