Key Responsibilities:
Drive
daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
Plan and execute
in-store marketing, upselling, and combo promotions
to increase average order value.
Monitor cafe performance, identify gaps, and take proactive steps to improve footfall and conversions.
Ensure
exceptional customer service
standards and handle guest feedback effectively.
Train, motivate, and supervise staff to deliver strong performance and maintain brand quality.
Coordinate with kitchen, marketing, and management teams for seamless cafe operations.
Track and control operational expenses to optimize profitability.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards as per brand guidelines.
Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships efficiently.
Generate daily sales reports and present performance insights to management.
Identify
local marketing opportunities
and collaborate on community-driven brand initiatives.
