The role of our restaurant manager is crucial in ensuring the successful operation of the restaurant. As a restaurant manager, you would be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including:

Staff Management Customer Service Operational Planning Financial Management Health and Safety Compliance Marketing and Promotion Problem-solving and Decision-making Business Development Quality Control
Overall, the restaurant manager will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving the success of the restaurant. We require strong leadership skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role Proven customer service experience as a manager Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff Familiarity with restaurant management software Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
