We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our rand. The ideal candidate has a passion for food and beverage, a genuine ability to connect with guests and staff alike, and brings the core value of 'TEAM' to the restaurant.

Responsibilities



Guest Experience Management:

Welcome guests with warmth, ensuring they feel valued and attend to their needs throughout their dining experience. Strive to exceed guest expectations and ensure they have a memorable visit.

Order Management:

Take accurate food and beverage orders, provide recommendations, and ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders, maintaining high service standards.

Team Leadership & Development:

Supervise, mentor, and train servers, bussers, and front-of-house staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.

Customer Service Excellence:

Address guest concerns and complaints swiftly and professionally, maintaining the highest levels of guest satisfaction at all times.

Operational Oversight:

Ensure seamless daily operations, maintaining strict adherence to quality, safety, and company policies. Monitor staffing levels and performance to ensure smooth service.

Inventory & Resource Management:

Assist in inventory control for food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained and organized to meet operational needs.

Staff Training & Mentorship:

Conduct training for new employees, providing ongoing guidance and feedback to enhance their skill set and ensure a high-performance team.

Menu Knowledge & Recommendation:

Stay well-versed in the menu offerings, ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings, enabling you to assist guests and make informed recommendations.

Financial Management:

Assist with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to help meet restaurant revenue goals while maintaining profitability.

Health & Safety Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, guaranteeing that the restaurant operates within legal standards and creates a safe environment for both staff and guests.

Qualifications



Previous experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant or hospitality industry. At least 5-6 years of relevant experience Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to manage difficult situations gracefully. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment. Knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail pairings.
