Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless dining experience for customers
Manage staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
Cultivate a positive and productive work environment for all employees
Lead by example and demonstrate strong leadership skills
Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving complaints and addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant, adhering to all health and safety regulations
Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and budgeting to optimize costs
Develop and implement marketing initiatives to promote the restaurant and attract new customers
Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and make informed business decisions
Prepare and submit financial reports to meet company guidelines
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management (experience in similar fast-paced environment a plus)
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management software (if applicable)
In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and safe food handling practices
A passion for the restaurant industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
