Restaurant Manager



Overview



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a proven track record of success in managing restaurant teams and operations.

Responsibilities:



Team Leadership:

Recruit, hire, and train restaurant staff. Develop and implement effective team management strategies. Foster a positive and productive work environment. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.

Operational Excellence:

Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening and closing procedures. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety. Optimize restaurant layout, workflow, and staffing levels. Implement systems to track inventory, labor costs, and sales performance.

Financial Performance:

Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement. Develop strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs. Control food and beverage costs. Manage budgets and forecasts.

Guest Experience:

Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction. Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally. Train staff on guest service best practices. Implement guest feedback and suggestions.

Qualifications:



Proven experience as a Restaurant Operations Manager or similar role. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of food and beverage industry regulations and best practices. Proficiency in restaurant management software. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
