Responsibilities: * Oversee day-to-day operations of our 300-pax restaurant in Madurai. * Lead and manage a diverse team, handling hiring, training, and scheduling. * Strategically optimize the dining capacity for a seamless guest experience. * Uphold high standards of food quality, presentation, and service. * Implement effective inventory management strategies for cost control. * Prioritize customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and positive ambiance. * Collaborate with the team to achieve financial goals and maximize revenue. * Contribute to menu development and pricing strategies for a large customer base. * Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations. * Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development. * Oversee and coordinate large-scale events, parties, and special dining experiences. * Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries. * Collaborate with the marketing team for tailored promotions and strategies. * Analyze performance metrics, customer feedback, and financial reports for informed decisions. * Stay informed about industry trends and adapt operations to changing customer preferences.
