We are looking for committed and skilled professionals to join our growing team.

Educational Qualification



Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management / Food & Nutrition


OR



Diploma in Hotel Management / Catering Technology



Additional qualification in Dietetics / Nutrition / Ayurveda Dietetics

is highly preferred

Experience (Preferred)



3-5 years experience in:

o Hospital food service / diet management

o Cafeteria / restaurant operations

o Menu planning, inventory, and staff supervision

Experience with

Ayurvedic or therapeutic diets

is a strong plus

Skills & Competencies



Knowledge of

Ayurvedic food principles

and dietary requirements

Menu planning according to

patient health conditions

(Panchakarma, chronic diseases, post-op care, etc.)

Inventory & stock management



Supervising

kitchen staff, servers, and cleaning personnel



Ensuring

food hygiene, safety, and sanitation

(FSSAI norms)

Basic

accounting & billing management



Knowledge of

hospital standards and NABH guidelines



Additional Preferences



Familiarity with

herbal food preparations



Training in

food safety (HACCP, FSSAI)



Good communication and patient-friendly attitude

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
