Role Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Restaurant Manager

to oversee daily operations and ensure Olegio delivers exceptional service to every guest. This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in managing teams and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Operations Management:

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and vendor management.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and mentor front-of-house and back-of-house staff to maintain high performance and morale.

Customer Satisfaction:

Address guest inquiries and feedback promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience.

Financial Oversight:

Monitor budgets, sales targets, and expenses to achieve financial goals.

Compliance:

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate service and special events.

Innovation:

Implement strategies to attract and retain customers, including promotional campaigns and loyalty programs.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
