Job Description

The Restaurant Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of Froot Coffee, ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the food service industry, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:



Operational Management:

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, customer service, cleanliness, and inventory management.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high levels of staff morale and performance.

Customer Satisfaction:

Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer complaints and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.

Financial Management:

Monitor the restaurant's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing costs to maximize profitability.

Health and Safety Compliance:

Ensure the restaurant adheres to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers.

Inventory and Supply Management:

Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure that all ingredients are fresh and available.

Menu Development:

Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update the menu, ensuring it remains innovative and aligned with customer preferences.

Marketing and Promotion:

Work with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Quality Control:

Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring consistency in every dish served.

Reporting:

Prepare and present regular reports on the restaurant's performance, including sales, customer feedback, and staff performance.

Qualifications:



Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role within the food service industry. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff. Excellent understanding of restaurant operations and financial management. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with restaurant management software (e.g., POS systems) is a plus. Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
