Core Responsibilities

Staff Management:

Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff.

Operations Oversight:

Manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency and a positive atmosphere for both customers and staff.

Financial Management:

Control costs, manage inventory, analyze sales reports, and develop strategies to increase profitability.

Customer Service:

Ensure a high-quality customer experience, handle guest feedback, and resolve any complaints professionally.

Compliance:

Maintain adherence to food safety, hygiene, and other regulatory standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
