Salary 25000 - 30000

Incentive 3000 to 9000

Working time - 12 hrs.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service. Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff to ensure high standards of performance. Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints, and maintain positive relationships. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Develop strategies to increase sales, improve efficiency, and ensure profitability. Create staff schedules and manage labor costs effectively.
Requirements:

Must have 10 to 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Must have 2 to 6 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager. Must be at least 30 years of age. In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and industry trends. Strong leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
