A Parlour Manager's job is to support in all aspects of day-to-day operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining restaurant standards. This role involves a blend of leadership, customer service, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Sales: Preparation and Sales of menu products.

Staff Management:

Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising employees, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.

Customer Service:

Maintaining high standards of customer service, addressing guest complaints, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Operational Support:

Assisting with inventory management, food quality control, and ensuring the restaurant meets health and safety regulations.

Administrative Tasks:

Processing payroll, managing costs, and preparing reports.

Team Leadership:

Motivating and supporting staff to achieve operational goals, while also mentoring and developing team members.

Financial Management:

Tracking costs, sales, and losses, and assisting with budgeting and financial planning.

Compliance:

Ensuring the restaurant complies with all relevant food safety standards and regulations.

Communication:

Effectively communicating with staff, customers, and management to ensure smooth operations
