In Kannada, "Oota aita?" (Have you eaten?) is more than just a greeting. It's an ice-breaker, a question of general concern, and a symbol of Karnataka hospitality. Using that warmth and graciousness as inspiration, we created Oota, a dining experience that features hyper-local Karnataka cuisine

Your Role in Our Story

As a Restaurant Manager at Windmills, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests enjoy an extraordinary dining experience. You will lead and mentor your team, manage service operations, and ensure that every guest leaves with a smile, creating lasting memories

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and high standards in food preparation. Implement SOPs, staff training, and iPad-based systems for service updates. Ensure adherence to opening and closing checklists. Recruit, train, and schedule a passionate team knowledgeable. Conduct daily briefings and ongoing product training. Maintain staffing levels and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure exceptional guest experiences, address inquiries, and seek feedback. Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to promptly address customer feedback. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and bar. Conduct regular inspections and address maintenance issues promptly. Monitor sales, adjust menus based on performance, and track food and beverage costs. Plan and execute special events and promotions to optimize revenue.

Sales Savvy: A knack for promoting menu items and enhancing guest satisfaction through suggestive selling. Energetic & Enthusiastic: A positive attitude and the ability to remain upbeat in a fast-paced setting. Experience: Proven 5+ Years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, with a track record of successful team management and operations oversight.
