Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years in fine dining / premium restaurant operations

Key Responsibilities:

? End-to-end restaurant operations management
? Team handling, training & staff scheduling
? Guest experience & service quality control
? Inventory, cost control & vendor coordination
? Ensuring SOPs, hygiene & compliance standards

What we're looking for:

? Strong leadership & communication skills
? Hands-on experience in fine dining restaurants
? Customer-focused mindset with operational excellence
? Ability to handle pressure & peak-hour operations
