Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of Spartan Kitchen. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer experience, maintaining operational efficiency, and driving revenue growth. The role requires flexibility with shifts and the ability to manage a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
? Oversee end-to-end restaurant operations including service, kitchen coordination, and
daily scheduling
? Manage, train, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver high service standards
? Ensure excellent customer experience and handle customer feedback professionally
? Monitor inventory, procurement, vendor coordination, and cost control
? Ensure food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards are consistently met
? Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and operational improvements
? Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
? Coordinate closely with central operations and management teams
Skills & Competencies
? Strong leadership and team management skills
? Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
? Good understanding of restaurant operations, inventory, and cost management
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure
? Strong communication and coordination skills
Qualifications & Experience
? Graduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
? 5+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role
? Experience in health-focused, quick service, cafe, or premium dining concepts is an
advantage
? Flexible with rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
