Key Roles and Responsibilities

1.

Documentation and Maintenance

o

Maintain and update regulatory requirements of Store and Crew documents.

o

Develop reporting documents for the crew.

o

Prepare store operation formats.

2.

Store Management and Operations

o

Complete store administration and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.

o

Enforce in-store security and health and safety procedures for the crew and customers as per legal guidelines.

o

Store finance handling and reporting.

o

Maintain all controllable costs to keep operations profitable.

o

Addressing grievances like product complaint / QC complaint / Transit damage etc

3.

Customer Experience

o

Commit to be customer centric management and ensure high levels of customers' satisfaction through excellent service.

o

Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.

o

Resolve customer complaints to satisfactory levels.

o

Delivering exceptional sales services for improved customer satisfaction

o

Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.

o

Maintain outstanding store cleanliness.

o

Create and improve store aesthetics and ambience.

o

Focus on one-minute service.

4.

Business and Sales Goals

o

Prepare monthly business plan.

o

Create and communicate business targets to crew.

o

Present weekly review of Business.

o

Analyze sales and revenue reports and create P&L report.

o

Analyze consumption trend to create forecasts, Indent vs utilisation

o

Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

o

Developing marketing strategies to raise customers' pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.

o

Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff.

o

Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.

o

Product saliency tracking based on profitability across each area.

o

Execute new product launches.

5.

Crew Management

o

Select, recruit, orient, groom and train employees as per the Company standards.

o

Perform Police verification for new employees.

o

Prepare Salaries, annual appraisals.

o

Maintain crew performance by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees.

o

Schedule crew, allocate work and communicate performance standards.

o

Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.

o

Responsible for creating healthy work environment.

o

Communicate Company's vision, plans, goals, principles, expectations clearly.

o

Communicate regulatory food safety practices and Company standards mentioned in Store Operation Manual.

6.

Inventory Management

o

Manage and control inventory at all times.

o

Create Aging Stock Analysis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
