We are seeking passionate, skilled, enthusiastic and an experienced
Restaurant Manager (female candidate preferred)
to join our team in preparation for the exciting pre-opening phase of our upscale Indian restaurant. As part of our pre-opening team, you will play a crucial role in setting up the restaurant, establishing operational standards, and ensuring a smooth launch. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of restaurant operations, and a passion for delivering high-quality dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:1. Operations Management
Oversee the daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for inventory management.
2. Staff Supervision & Training
Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff.
Create staff schedules and manage shift rotations efficiently.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
3. Customer Service & Experience
Ensure guests receive top-notch service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
Monitor online reviews and implement improvements based on feedback.
Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
4. Sales & Revenue Growth
Implement marketing and promotional activities to increase footfall and sales.
Analyze sales reports and develop strategies to improve revenue.
Control food and beverage costs to maximize profitability.
5. Financial & Budget Management
Manage restaurant budgets, expenses, and profit margins.
Handle cash flow, daily sales reconciliation, and financial reporting.
Work on cost-control measures without compromising quality.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar role
in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with
POS systems, inventory management, and restaurant software
.
Knowledge of
food safety regulations and best practices
.
Bachelor's degree in
Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field (preferred).
