Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Restaurant Manager
to lead and manage day-to-day operations at our Gangtok and Darjeeling outlets. The ideal candidate should already be working in the same designation, with strong leadership abilities, a passion for hospitality, and proven expertise in delivering outstanding guest experiences while ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Maintain high standards of service, food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies, FSSAI, and statutory regulations.
Team Leadership & Training
Lead, motivate, and manage front-of-house and service teams.
Recruit, train, and develop staff to deliver world-class service.
Schedule staff shifts and optimize manpower utilization.
Customer Experience
Build strong guest relations and ensure prompt resolution of complaints.
Maintain a welcoming and premium dining atmosphere.
Drive customer engagement and feedback initiatives.
Financial & Business Performance
Manage restaurant budgets, P&L, and cost control measures.
Monitor inventory, stock management, and vendor coordination.
Achieve revenue targets and implement upselling strategies.
Brand & Standards
Uphold Flurys brand values, service excellence, and presentation standards.
Implement SOPs across service, billing, and guest handling.
Coordinate with corporate office for promotional activities and campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 2+ years as a
Restaurant Manager
(mandatory).
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of F&B service, restaurant operations, and P&L management.
Hands-on experience with POS, billing, and reporting systems.
Ability to work under pressure, handle diverse teams, and deliver consistent results.
