Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional service, maintain high food and safety standards, manage staff performance and drive business growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and quality at every level.

Recruit, train, and manage front-of-house and back-of-house staff.

Monitor and maintain food quality, customer service, and cleanliness standards.

Create staff schedules and ensure proper staffing levels during peak hours.

Manage inventory, place orders for food and supplies, and control costs.

Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to maintain guest satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.

Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profit and loss analysis.

Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure timely deliveries of products and supplies.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the food service industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Solid understanding of restaurant operations and customer service best practices.

Proficient in POS systems, inventory software and Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evening, weekends, and holidays.

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.

Financial literacy and experience managing budgets or P&L statements.

Creativity in marketing and promotions.

Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
