Job Title: Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM)

Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Food & Beverage Service

Experience: 8-12 years in restaurant management, preferably in South Indian cuisine and 3-star or above properties

Salary: ₹32,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities :Oversees daily restaurant operations ensuring excellent guest service and smooth functioning of the South Indian restaurant. Manages staff including captains, stewards, and hostesses, ensuring adherence to service standards and hygiene. Handles guest complaints professionally and ensures customer satisfaction. Coordinates with the kitchen team for timely and quality food delivery. Controls inventory, manages stock levels, and assists in budgeting and cost control. Implements promotional activities and ensures compliance with health and safety regulations. Prepares daily sales and staff performance reports. Trains and motivates staff to deliver exceptional South Indian dining experiences aligned with hotel standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
