The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality service, maintaining hygiene standards, managing staff, and achieving business goals. This role requires strong leadership, customer service excellence, and efficient coordination of all restaurant activities.
Key Responsibilities1. Operations Management
Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards as per company policies.
Ensure timely opening and closing of the restaurant.
Monitor food preparation, quality, and service consistency.
2. Staff Management
Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff including captains, stewards, and service team.
Prepare staff duty rosters and manage shift schedules.
Conduct daily briefings and ensure staff follow SOPs and grooming standards.
Handle staff performance evaluation and discipline when required.
3. Customer Service
Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints professionally.
Interact with guests to understand feedback and improve service quality.
Ensure table service standards and hospitality etiquette are maintained.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
