Job Description

Greeting guests:

Welcoming guests with a smile and creating a positive first impression.

Managing reservations:

Taking and confirming reservations, managing waitlists, and ensuring efficient table turnover.

Seating guests:

Guiding guests to their assigned tables, providing menus, and introducing them to their server.

Handling inquiries:

Responding to guest questions about the menu, restaurant policies, and other details.

Assisting with waitlists:

Providing accurate wait times and managing the waiting list.

Coordinating with staff:

Communicating with servers and bussers about table availability and guest needs.

Maintaining a clean environment:

Ensuring the lobby and hostess stand are tidy and organized.

Resolving guest concerns:

Addressing complaints and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Assisting with special events:

Supporting the organization and execution of events like private parties or promotions.
