Restaurant Hostess

Female--Job Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a positive first impression Manage guest reservations and maintain the waiting list efficiently Escort guests to their tables and provide menus Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth table allocation Monitor table availability and optimize seating arrangements Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and basic complaints politely Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area Assist in managing peak-hour crowd flow Communicate wait times clearly and accurately to guests Support promotional activities and inform guests about offers/events Maintain guest records and feedback for service improvement Follow grooming, hygiene, and brand standards at all times Ensure compliance with restaurant policies and safety guidelines

Key Skills & Requirements

Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills Customer-focused and service-oriented attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and etiquette Basic knowledge of POS/reservation systems (preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
