Role And Responsibilities Welcome guests to the venue with a friendly and professional demeanor. Provide accurate wait times and maintain waiting lists to ensure efficient seating arrangements. Manage reservations and assist customers with booking inquiries. Escort customers to their assigned dining or bar areas and provide them with menus. Greet customers upon their departure and thank them for choosing our restaurant. Coordinate with the wait staff to ensure a smooth flow of operations and efficient seating options. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Cater to guests who require extra attention, such as children and the elderly. Answer incoming calls and address customer queries or redirect them to the appropriate department. Assist the wait staff by supporting them with various tasks as needed. Candidate Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
