Job Description
A leading Resort for its Restaurant is looking for a full-time restaurant Host / Hostess with Good Communication Skills and a Friendly Demeanour.Their Duties Will Include:
- Interacting with Guests
- Seating Guests
- Telling Guests about all our Offerings
- Handling Customer Complaints & Queries
- Taking Orders
- Serving Food to Tables
- Helping Staff when Required
- Organising Parties at the Restaurant with Team
- Back Area Set Up and Cleaning at the start and end of shift
- Work with the team for Seating Area - Table and Chair cleaning and set up
- Attend daily/weekly team briefings held by Management and/or Manager
- Learning and explaining the Menu to the Guests while taking orders
- Co-ordinate with F&B team for Table clearance after completion of food of guests and/or after guests departing from the restaurant.
