Job Description

Food Preparation

: Wash, peel, chop fruits/vegetables; portion ingredients; mix salads; weigh items under chef's guidance.

Cleaning & Sanitation

: Wash dishes, utensils, pots; clean and sanitize surfaces, equipment, floors; empty trash; maintain general kitchen cleanliness.

Stocking & Inventory

: Unload deliveries, store food properly, restock ingredients, refill condiments, check levels, and report shortages.

Support Services

: Pack takeout orders, set tables, assist with plating, refill beverages, and help with basic customer needs.

Safety & Compliance

: Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Skills

: Strong organizational skills, time management, ability to follow instructions, physical stamina, teamwork, good hygiene.

Knowledge

: Basic food safety/sanitation, kitchen operations, menu items (optional).

Requirements

: Often entry-level, but a High School Diploma/GED and a Food Handler's License are beneficial.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
