Act as the first point of contact for guest inquiries and concerns.
Ensure all guests feel welcomed, attended to, and valued throughout their visit.
Coordinate with servers and management to resolve any guest complaints promptly.

Communication & Coordination
Communicate guest needs and special requests to servers and kitchen staff.
Coordinate with management during peak hours to control wait times and guest flow.

Cleanliness & Ambience
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the hostess stand, entrance, and lobby.
Ensure music, lighting, and general atmosphere align with the restaurant's standards.

Reporting & Feedback
Gather guest feedback and report any recurring issues to management.
Suggest improvements based on customer feedback or observations.

Appearance & Conduct
Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
