Supply Chain Management
? Sustaining the existing network & managing the supply chain for

items, ensuring timely distribution of the merchandise to the

Restaurant.

? Monitoring availability of stock, making appropriate arrangementsto ensure on time deliveries; ? Managing logistics operations, involving and coordinating withvarious & other external agencies to achieve seamless & cost- effective transport solutions.

Manage Store cost with flawless execution of operations with excellent customer service standards and building sales by implementing market strategy & promotional schemes effectively

7. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

? Qualification - Hotel management or Food Tech

? Experience - 5-6 years' experience specialised in field of retail / services industry with exposure to supply chain operations also for a period of Min 1 to 2 years
