to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences by planning and preparing high-quality meals, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring adherence to food safety standards. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, leadership, and a deep understanding of diverse culinary techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and restaurant standards Innovate and develop new menu items or specials that reflect the restaurant's concept and customer preferences Ensure consistent presentation, taste, and quality of all dishes Supervise kitchen staff, assign duties, and ensure smooth execution during service Manage kitchen inventory, place supply orders, and minimize food wastage Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen in compliance with health and safety regulations Monitor food costs and contribute to meeting budget targets Train, mentor, and motivate junior kitchen team members Work closely with the Managing Director on menu planning and seasonal updates

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a high-volume restaurant environment Culinary degree or equivalent hands-on experience preferred Strong knowledge of global cuisines, cooking techniques, and food safety practices Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
