Chinese Cuisine Chef Required (Multi-Cuisine Specialist)
We are looking for an experienced Chinese Chef who is highly skilled and confident in preparing a wide variety of Chinese & Indo-Chinese dishes.
Must be expert in:
All types of Soups
Noodles (Hakka, Schezwan, Pan-fried, etc.)
All varieties of Fried Rice
Manchurian (Veg / Paneer / Soya / Chaap)
Chilli dishes - Chilli Paneer, Chilli Chaap, Chilli Potato
Starters & Snacks - Corn Balls, Cheese Fingers, Cheese Lollipop
Spring Rolls
All types of Momos (Steamed, Fried, Tandoori, etc.)
Sauces & Flavours - Red, White, Pink, Peri-Peri
Pasta - White Sauce, Red Sauce & Fusion styles
Requirements: o Proven experience as a Chinese Chef
Ability to maintain taste consistency & hygiene
Fast working and kitchen management skills
Should be able to handle bulk orders
Accommodation will be provided by us
