Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
Operate the billing counter and handle cash, UPI, card, or other payment methods.
Enter orders correctly into the POS (Point of Sale) system.
Ensure correct billing, apply discounts/offers if applicable, and issue receipts.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic cashier counter area.
Answer basic customer queries related to menu items, combos, or offers.
Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow.
Handle refund or exchange requests professionally and as per company policy.
Maintain records of daily transactions and report any discrepancies.
