Maintain

Perform
bookkeeping
and daily sales reporting.
Drive
upselling and cross-selling
of menu items to maximize sales.
Ensure cleanliness, service standards, and team discipline during operations.
Take
responsibility for closing shifts

Requirements:
Prior experience as a cashier or supervisor in the restaurant or retail sector.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of accounting, POS systems, and Excel.
Reliable, responsible, and flexible to work late/closing shifts.
