We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Restaurant Captain to join Live Kitchen Restaurant at Geetanjali Hospital, Udaipur. The ideal candidate will lead the service team, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, guide, and motivate the restaurant service team Welcome guests and ensure exceptional customer service Take and manage orders, coordinate with kitchen & bar Maintain service quality, hygiene, and safety standards Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly Assist in staff training and performance evaluation
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Restaurant Captain or Supervisor in F&B Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong customer service mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of POS systems (preferred)
