We are looking for a professional and service-oriented Restaurant Captain to lead the restaurant team, ensure smooth operations, and deliver excellent guest service. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong leadership, and experience in hotel dining operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise restaurant staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Welcome guests, manage seating, and ensure high service standards
Take food & beverage orders and ensure timely service
Coordinate with kitchen and bar for order execution
Train and guide waiters/stewards in service procedures
Handle guest complaints and provide quick solutions
Maintain cleanliness, table setup, and restaurant ambience
Ensure billing accuracy and coordinate with cashier
Monitor inventory of cutlery, crockery, and service equipment
Assist in planning special events or buffet setups
Required Skills:
Good communication & guest-handling skills
Knowledge of F&B service standards
Leadership and team coordination
Problem-solving and multitasking
Basic POS/Billing knowledge
Well-groomed and professional behavior
Qualifications:
Hotel Management Diploma/Degree preferred
2-4 years of experience in F&B service (hotel/restaurant)
