Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for seamless service.
Train and guide new service staff.
Monitor inventory and assist in order planning.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Captain or Senior Steward.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and customer-handling abilities.
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
