Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
Oversee table settings, cleanliness, and readiness of the dining area.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely food orders and special requests.
Monitor and ensure smooth shift operations.
Maintain service standards and uphold restaurant policies.
