As a Food and Beverage Captain, primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth operation of dining services in a hotel. Essentially, you are in charge of overseeing the dining experience. Your role includes ensuring that tables are prepared for guests, food is served in a timely manner, and that everything runs smoothly.
Coordinate with guests, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure quality service and timely delivery of food and beverages
Supervise serving staff and maintain a high level of professionalism, ensuring adherence to service standards and policies
