Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their tables with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Explain the menu in detail, including ingredients, cooking methods, and daily specials.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate special dietary requirements or allergies to the kitchen.
Perform high-end service tasks like carving meat, preparing salads table-side, or wine service.
Handle any guest dissatisfaction immediately with a "guest-first" attitude to ensure they leave happy.
Ensure accuracy in guest checks and handle payments (cash/card/room charge) efficiently.
Work closely with the Chef to understand timing for orders, especially for large groups or villa guests.
