Responsibilities:
Supervise daily floor operations and service staff.
Ensure smooth guest experience and handle guest queries.
Coordinate between kitchen and service team.
Maintain hygiene, service standards, and table settings.
Upsell menu items and assist in achieving sales targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Captain / Senior Steward in a reputed restaurant or bar.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Pleasant personality and guest-oriented attitude.
Comfortable working late hours and weekends.
