Restaurant Captain

to lead our front-of-house team and ensure a smooth, delightful dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of service staff during shifts. Greet guests, take feedback, and ensure their satisfaction. Train and guide waiters, stewards, and support staff in service standards. Manage table allocation, reservations, and guest flow effectively. Coordinate between kitchen, bar, and service staff for timely order delivery. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and setup of the dining area. Handle guest complaints politely and resolve them efficiently. Maintain daily reports on service quality, feedback, and staff performance. Support management in planning and execution of special events or promotions.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong communication and leadership skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities. Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards. Ability to handle busy shifts and maintain team discipline. Experience in POS/billing software (Petpooja knowledge is a plus).
