Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff for efficient order flow. Train and guide new service staff on restaurant protocols and service standards. Upsell menu items and promote daily specials or high-margin dishes. Monitor inventory of dining essentials (e.g., cutlery, napkins, condiments) and request replenishment when needed. Maintain accurate billing and ensure smooth handling of payments. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
