Ensure that guests' special requests and dietary preferences are accommodated.
Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Supervision of Waitstaff:
Supervise and train waitstaff, ensuring they provide efficient and courteous service.
Assign duties and responsibilities to waitstaff during shifts.
Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
Table Maintenance:
Oversee the setup and arrangement of tables to maintain an organized and aesthetically pleasing dining area.
Ensure tables are properly set with utensils, glassware, and linens.
