Greet and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
Supervise waitstaff and ensure smooth operations during service hours.
Assign duties and workstations to team members for efficient operations.
Take orders for VIP guests and handle special requests.
Monitor table settings, cleanliness, and overall presentation of the restaurant.
Assist in training and mentoring new staff.
Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
Maintain records of daily operations, guest feedback, and any incidents.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
