Responsibilities:
- Lead the serving team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Manage table reservations, seating, and service
- Ensure timely order taking and food service
- Handle customer queries and feedback
- Maintain restaurant ambiance and cleanliness
- Support kitchen staff for smooth operations
Requirements:- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role- Good communication and leadership skills- Knowledge of vegetarian cuisine and menu planning- Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
